Google Workspace helper
Consultation intake helper
Northshore Gen uses a Google Workspace helper to read responses to the Northshore Gen consultation form. It creates internal lead notes and pipeline records only for Northshore Gen's own workflow.
The helper uses the Google permissions displayed during consent only to provide Northshore Gen's approved workspace workflows. For the consultation intake, that means retrieving form responses and maintaining internal local records. It does not send client emails, texts, or messages, sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or make that data available to other users.
Google user data is kept only as long as needed for the internal intake record and is accessible only to authorized Northshore Gen workflows. The helper is not offered as a public signup or third-party client integration.
Choices, retention, and contact
If a Rivet visitor opens the prepared email handoff, Northshore Gen stores only the current 3–6 bullet project summary and an anonymous reference so the Northshore Gen team can understand the request. The record is labeled “Draft opened”; opening Gmail does not prove that an email was sent. Lead summaries remain until Northshore Gen archives or permanently deletes them.
You can ask Northshore Gen to correct or delete a correction submission, project-watch subscription, Research Pass account record, or consultation-intake record that identifies you, subject to legal and operational obligations. Project-alert and optional marketing emails include their own unsubscribe controls.
Questions or requests about this policy or Google data use can be sent to northshoregenai@gmail.com. Please identify the relevant form, account, or request so Northshore Gen can locate it without collecting unnecessary information.
This policy applies to Northshore Gen's own services and does not control the privacy practices of public source websites linked from the evidence library. See the Research Pass and correction desk for the related service details.
